Source for MIDI out generator?

For building plugins with the SDK...

Is the source to any FL native plugins available? Specifically MIDI out. Failing that, has anyone created their own plugin that converts FL data to MIDI data?

What I would like to do is map some of the MIDI-incompatible parameters (e.g. pan, modx, mody) to other MIDI events, per-note. It would be nice to start from a base that already works for MIDI rather than trying to write it all from scratch.

I don't think I can do what I want with SynthMaker. I can't find any way to extract note data from the poly streams to send individual MIDI events.
