No sound with Asio4All

Hi

When I put Asio4All as the audio setting I can tell my microphone is picking up the noise because the meters are moving; however, there is no sound when I play it back. Also, there is no sound from the rest of the project in FL Studio when I am recording. The only way I can hear the audio or the rest of my song is if I put the audio settings back to the primary sound driver. I am using Vista and I also read the Asio4All instructing manual and this is what it says:

(Vista) The meters are moving, everything looks o.k. - But there is no sound
Drivers for High Definition Audio devices have a habit of listing SPDIF outputs before the analog ones.
As a consequence, the first two or more ASIO channels will be routed to SPDIF, if you use the default
configuration. You can change this by either disabling the SPDIF output in the ASIO4ALL control panel
or correctly assigning ASIO channels in your audio application.

I tried doing this but was unsure how to do it exactly. Any advice on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks
