I've tried Tenor Sax-Portato and it downloads fine here.

However, in your list its size is 51KB, while it's supposed to be 5.6MB.

I suggest this:
1. clear the downloads in the Download Manager (options menu)
2. if that doesn't fix it, redownload and reinstall the downloader
