Program does not fit my screen?

For some reason, when I run Fruity FL Studio (Signature Bundle) 9, the programs seems to be too large for my screen. The right side and bottom side of the program are cut off and I can not seem to change even my screen settings to fix this. I am useing a very small netbook but I have friends who have not had this problem on their netbooks. Might someone point me in the right direction as to what to do?
