the Drumaxx "sticky mouse" bug

just wondering - has the "sticky mouse" bug has been acknowledged yet?
users have mentioned the issue in the beta thread, but i can't see any confirmation from Maxx or IL staff.
the bug has been there from v1.0 and is still there in the current v1.1.1.
would be nice to know that you chaps are aware of the issue and are planning to fix it...
