Multibox conflicts

Alright, so here is my deal...

I LOVE the 'Multibox' option...however, there are some conflicts that I hope can be fixed:

Now, each person you see, is actually a different picture (therefore, you are seeing 9 different inserted pictures).

Issue #1: I want to be able to have a 'roll-over image' for each of those pictures. However, I get a red 'X' when I setup a roll-over image WHEN using the 'Multibox' option.

Issue #2: I know this issue is because I have multiple pictures on one page, but when the multibox opens after clicking a picture, I have arrows appear letting you have the option to go to the next picture and/or the previous picture. Is there a way to NOT have the arrows in the multibox? BECAUSE if you look at what I'm doing, you will see I have scroll bars that you cannot grab DUE TO the 'Next Picture'/'Previous Picture' arrows.

Also, I have no clue why, but now when I view the multibox within Internet Explorer, I get more scroll bars unlike when I view it within Firefox. That JUST started doing that...wasn't always like that.
