Euclidean Rhythm Generator

This is an Euclidean Rhythm Generator in SM.

After reading that CDM article I had the idea to try this in SM: http://createdigitalmusic.com/2011/03/circles-and-euclidian-rhythms-off-the-grid-a-few-music-makers-that-go-round-and-round/

The SM's MIDI output is jerky as it is generated by green flow. This unfortunately is a general issue of SM. Nucleon has posted a workaround for this, but it isn't self-contained and needs automation from FL.
