Advanced Search - Mixed Word Order

I have a blog entry that reads a words "fighter videos"

if I search "fighter videos" ---> I GET (1) RESULT

but

if I search "video fighter" ---> I GET (0) RESULTS

I though this was fixed before? Was it not fixed or perhaps my memory failed
