It seems around 80% of the song uses samples of this song; http://youtu.be/BqlJwMFtMCs some with filters on it, others
The lead thing seems like a sample of a trumpet pitched up and down, the bass can be recreated with 3x osc all on wave for a nice sub bass, insert a kick a snare and a hat/shake... and voila
