Hi, we have two sites running that were created with EZG 3 and later converted to EZG 4.
We have had a major server failure on one site and when site data was reloaded, all blog & central admin content was lost (all back-up files were "0" file size)
The option to "DOWNLOAD PHP DATA" has always been selected on both sites.
I have checked the other site via FTP and the central-admin file size (for example) is 13kb on the server, but all local backups are "0" file size ?
Your urgent assistance would be appreciated as this has been a very costly exercise so far (2 years lost blog data) and it appears that our other site may also be at risk in case of hardware / software failure.
Kind Regards, Mark
