How to get rid of page header info from Artisteer template

Hi,
I have imported a template from Artisteer, and I have a heap of stuff which is not needed...."pageheader". I can't figure out how to remove it. The little spanner thingo on the right is greyed out. The one on the left lets me change font size, colour etc, but I can't see how to delete the whole lot. It seems that is also not possible to delete it from the Arty template. Can you please help?
