How do I get FL Studio to locate all my plugins?

My plugins are all over the place (not from my choice) on my C drive. At the moment it's not finding Dimension Pro and one or two others. Do I only have one location that it can choose from in the "File" section of settings?
Any advice appreciated.
Edit: Can I access vst plugins from the browser too?
