Birthday present 30% Expired?

It was my birthday on the 25th of march. I got an offer that I thought lasted just over a month and was intending to use it before it ran out. I checked my account and my offer is gone.

I'm pretty sure it should still be valid. Could a staff member clarify this for me please. I'm a bit gutted about it.
