Windows 8 upgrade for $39

Will you as a W7 user go for it?

The upgrade from XP to W7 was quite expensive and not surprised how many are still using XP.

W7 has been a great OS for me anyway. Will anyone be tempted by the $39 upgrade? I remember the W7 Family Pack probably would not have existed if Mac didn't have a 5 pack upgrade to Leopard for about the same price.
