bass clicking after music stops HELP?

After my track finishes, (or a part of it) the bass keeps clicking. I have two, a sub and a more square-like one. Both seem to do it. I attached a portion of my song in MP3 format to show you what it does. How can I get rid of this problem? Also, in this specific .FLP, it has been crashes when I try to close it and saying "An error occured."
