ToxicBiohazard problem

I have recently purchased the ToxicBioHazard Plug-In for FL Studio. I payed quite a bit of money for it too. I have went step by step through everything! I still can't get it unlocked... I've Downloaded the Reg-Code, the Download manager... Any help? I really want it soo bad. I've also checked the "Tickets" It say's it has been payed too. Please I need help badly. Thank you....
