Did I break everything (See screenshot)

Hi there, first post.

I recently upgraded from Vista to Windows 7. Here's what went wrong:

1- Before upgrading, I moved my entire Image-Line folder from Program Files (x86) to another HDD to be sure it wouldn't get wiped by the OS update. *Moved, not copied. Huge mistake right? Thought so.*
2- When I moved it back into Program Files (x86), everything worked, except I can't save my old projects anymore. Moreover, I get the following error message every time I close FL Studio 9 (My version).
3- I tried installing a fresh FL Studio 10 version, but the installer crashes every time.
4- I re-downloaded my main KeyReg file, still the same.
5- My computer's list of Programs no longer lists FL Studio.
6- Because I ran CC Cleaner before moving my Image-Line folder back to Program Files (x86), I believe my computer might have lost some essential registries regarding the proper functioning of FL Studio.
