Ode to oi Synth

I've been trying to recreate this crazy dutch house/melbourne underground synth in a long time, and i just can't seem to hit anything close to the original sound...

But i think some of you guys can help me out here, do you think it's possible to recreate the synth i FL Studio without using any external hardware?

I know that TJR used the Acces Virus TI to make the sound:
