How do I remove a channel from a track in the mixer?

Hi All - I'm new to FL Studio 7 and am so far absolutely loving it. But I'm experimenting with it still.

I have managed to add a channel to a track in the mixer, but how do I remove a channel from a track? I can't seem to find any options for this - I can only find "Link Selected Channels" and "Select Linked Channels" on the right click menu of the track in the mixer.

Any help would be much appreciated
