Plugins Could Not Be Found

Recently, after no new vst installs, I recieve an error message as soon as I started FL Studios that "The Fruity Limiter Plugin Could Not Be Found". I am able to open Fl Studios, but all of my VST's cannot be found and if I try to manually add one, I get an error message saying "Sorry, this plugin could not be found or opened." I have already directed Fl Studios to the right VST folder, im not sure what else to do, except for a full reinstall.
