FL Studio vs. Pro Tools

First off, I'm FL for life. Sorry to have to post this.

I want NOTHING but facts here, no opinions.

I'm working towards getting the equipment that will set me up to record bands professionally. 12 Pres very soon and shortly after I'll have 20 pres. SO, it will be even longer before I could even save up for Pro Tools but I wanna figure out if I should even worry about it or not by asking people who already may use both or have more knowledge about this.-

I expect I should get Pro Tools for multitrack recording. I've always heard that FL doesn't work well for that. and also that pro tools is suppose to be better for mixing vocals primarily, and everything else really.
