Morphine & Toxic IIII in Logic 8 OSX 10.5.4

i had the same problem as other people here with installing Toxic & Morphine. they cancelled always the one installed b4

so i downloaded the public betas and i can't open the dmg's! OSX says it's not recognized... both Morphine & Toxic installers

please advise...(",)...
