AKAI MPD218 Knobs Acting as Binary On/Off 0/100

Hey guys,

I've owned an MPD218 for some time now, and would like to utilize the knobs to record automation on various parameters in FL Studio.

My issue is, no matter how I assign the knobs to a parameter in FL, the knobs only behave as switches. AKA, either 0 or 127. No in between. I can't use it to finely tune the position of the knob, they basically behave like an ON/OFF switch and it's driving me nuts. I saw another post about this and someone said using Prog Select and choosing Pad 4 solved this issue, but I'm having no luck here.

This is driving me up the wall, I've never experienced this issue with any other controller I've ever used. Someone help please.
