Crashes when opening flp with Spire

Hello, I am a FL user from Japan. (using a translator).

I have purchased a new PC and was moving data from my previous PC.
I re-downloaded and ran the Spire (Rebel Sounds) installer that I had purchased previously.
Then I loaded that VST3 into FL on the "Manage Plugins" screen.
The software starts and outputs, but when I save the project in flp and reopen it, I get this error.
I thought there might have been a problem with the vst installation, so I uninstalled it and installed it again, but the result was the same.

I am not sure where to start, but I would appreciate your help.
