Shortcut to move playhead back and forth

Hi,

I'm wondering if we have a shortcut so to be able to move / scroll the playhead back and forth and if not if this is possible to have such a feature.

I'm using a contour shuttle pro v2

and would like to leverage the jog / rubber wheel.

Sorry if this is already existing and I've missed it.
