Ram usage

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit on a Core 2 Duo with 8GB of ram.

I notice there are 2 versions of FL Studio.FL.exe and FL_3GB.exe

FL_3GB.exe seems to access 4GB of ram whereas FL.exe
only accesses 2 gigs.

No way to access more than 4GB in FL?
