Different velocity on overlaping notes in legato mode

Hi dear FL friends, i would lke to ask for a help with a problem with noe velocity (or notes not even playing) in legato mode

The things is - i have a directwave instance with a reese bass in sustained loop

then i duplicate the zone and fine pitch f.e. -3cents to get that phasing reese sound, which sounds good when the note is played

but when i turn on legato and setup times (for legato) i get that phasing effect on first note, but the others are not playing as i wish, only first note

"global" setting is ticked on

zone note velocity is sent to "none"
