Empty template option from Windows taskbar

I like having a custom template as default, as I suppose pretty much every producer does.

But sometimes our templates are a bit too heavy for something we need to do quickly - like opening a single synth to work on patches.

It would be incredibly handy to have a "open empty project" menu item from the Windows taskbar context menu, which loads the completely empty version of FL.
