Linking record arm buttons to controller

I'm doing live looping using audio recording as well as MIDI. I like to use my two MIDI controllers to do most of my performance and avoid having to use the mouse by linking buttons and knobs in FL studio to my controller. One thing I always have to pick up the mouse for is to arm different mixer tracks for recording. I have a microphone that is input to three separate channels, one for BV's, one for Melodica and one for lead vox. Each has separate processing chains, so it is important I use the correct channel when recording these different sources. Usually right clicking on a button in FL will give the option to link it to a controller, but when I right click on the record arm button, the file naming window pops up. I don't think there is an option to link this button to a controller. This function would be very useful. Is there any work around someone has found or another way to do this?
