Add new marker type "Range" / "Track" or similar, and add audio export option "Range/Track markers to separare files" to export separate files from range markers in the playlist.
Imagine a scenario where you have a bunch of tracks in a single project for mastering one after another (or made an album within a sigle project) and now want to export each as it's own audio file. That's to my knowledge only possible by setting markers at the in and out points of esch track, double clicking it to make a selection from one marker to the next, and then exporting the selection. This has then to be repeated for every track.
