Allo peeps!!
Here's FLStudio plugin made in Synth Maker with equations from "DAFX - Digital audio effects" book. Filter flips phase back for 360 degrees above frequency on "frequency" knob with bandwidth within phase changes set by the "bandwidth" knob. To get any amount of degrees of a shift equations has to be modified, as dry/wet knob modifies frequency response.
