Right click > Type in value...
Shift+Up\Down = add\decrease in 1dB steps
Alt+Up\Down = add\decrease in 0.1dB steps

Shift+Click = add\decrease exactly in 1dB steps
Alt+Click = add\decrease 0.1dB
