Could I make a dashboard for this Yamaha synth ?

Could I do this for:

I have 4 plg cards installed and would love to have full control of them via FLS (DX, PF, AN and VL).

If they have many Sysex parameters, would it be possible to control these from Dashboard ? If so, could they be controlled remotely in realtime via Midi controller ?

I have used the MidiOut generator in the past, which works but has limitations.
