Need a software program that can temporarily turn off my computer fan while recording

Can someone please recommend a program that will allow me to turn off the computer fans from within windows? I need to turn my fans off because they make wayyyy too much noise while I'm recording vocals. Only need to turn them off for a few minutes while I record, then turn them back on again.

also, here is my latest recording in case anyone is interested. no autotune. fan whurring in the background. etc.
