Does FL Studio have a frequency shifter plugin?

I was reading about using frequency shifting to change the pitch of kicks and wanted to try it out but couldn't find anything obvious in FL Studio that would do the job, is there any way to do this using FL plugins? If not can anyone recommend a free frequency shifting plugin as I only really wanted to test it out so don't want to part with any cash at this stage.
