Is there EVER going to be an FL Studio for PS5?
I can understand that prior to this moment in time there have been practicality limitations when it comes to the Image-Line team potentially considering making this (FL Studio PS). And sure, hardware requirements are and will always be on the increase (such is life) but these days consoles have got enough processing power and memory that the console itself need not be a limitation at least insofar as the implementation of FL Studio as a tool. Now virtual instruments would be another kettle of fish entirely as that would be outside of the scope of the Image-Line team and case-by-case for their creators but I can imagine that there do exist companies that would be interested in converting current vst libraries (whether the financial incentive would be worthwhile though what with the cost of dev kits one cannot know).
Gone are the days of experimental and unique CPU & GPU chipsets of lore (looking at you Cell architecture)
. x86 64 is the order of the day. I ask this question as a long time user of FL Studio who finds himself unlikely to ever own another 
BEAST!!! PC after the last one finally copped it. Feeling Musically frisky(tm) I found myself on a search for a platform for release. With the most processor-blessed platform I owned at the time a being the PS5 (cue angelic choir) my search quest began. I found that there is no DAW on that console (that I know of, though I cannot say the same about its primary rival as for that I do not know). The closest thing is Dreams which though extremely powerful, is more centered on making available games-making tools to the masses, it's interface reflects this orientation. (Again, it has the tools but THAT interface).Perhaps I have gotten lazy in my old age, without a doubt that GUI is NOT the most oppressive I've seen what with my musical journey having begun on old-skool modulators such as Impulse Tracker(shoutout Jeffrey Lim!) and its ilk (if you can even call that interface a GUI). But the ideal for me would be that I turn on my PS5, plug in my cordless mouse&keyboard (as we do), load two instances of Harmor (layers for bass), insert Sample modeling's Tenor Sax, add 'ol faithful PoiZone (coz I'm weird like that) and import a BAD recording of me playing BADly on violin...BADly (which was saved on a memory stick, recorded on a $h!tty laptop) and as I make no excuses for the aforementioned laziness load an instance of FPC for dums, making the PS5 the donkey to carry that processor workload rather than buying another PC (a different entry point into production if you will), the same FL Studio on PC graphically, freeing us to use the same (familiar) interface, free to use the same plug-ins no matter the platform you favour, unencumbered by the limitations enforced on us by oppressive mobile devices, freeee, free at last, free at last, thank God almighty we are free at last...
Now this would be my unique use case but if the tools were available: I'd bite.
Apologies if this is in the incorrect section/forum and I appreciate the time and effort that goes into the maintenance of a forum even without the influence of cavalier posters such as myself.
