Linear vs non-linear DAW

You hear that JMC? A lot of people who are used to spending hundred of American dollars on a DAW are now considering a switch, on many cases specifically because they are sick of paying for upgrades. Lots of these same users are also perfectly happy to spend hundreds of dollars on a single plugin like Omnisphere.

I really think FL can win over a bunch of these people by focusing on MIDI recording/perfecting workflow.
