Demo Projects Legal Complication

i understand that demo projects can’t be used in my own music. That being said, I know this also includes the sub folders in these demo projects listed under “USED by demo projects”. Now, a few of the drums in there are labeled “FPC”. I assume fpc is part of the stock drums that come with fruity pad controller. Does this imply that there ARE a at least a FEW copyright free and commercial use samples that CAME WITH fl studio for commercial use which these demo song producers happened to use, or is this 100% their own stuff which we cannot use? Even if it’s labeled a one shot drum labeled FPC ?

Irrelevant, but for future protection: I did speak with Charles deluxe in his YouTube comments, and he gave me written permission in the comments to upload his remix.
