How to sidechain bass and kick with iZotope Neutron 3 EQ in FL studio

Whats up everyone, I am trying to sidechain the bass to the kick in a track of mine so that the bass cuts out when the kick hits, using the EQ of iZotope Neutron 3. I want to do EXACTLY what is demonstrated at 24:56 of this Neutron 3 tutorial. The only problem is the guy is using Logic in this video, and I dont know how to set up the sidechain in FL Studio the way he does in Logic. Ive tried sidechaining the bass track on the mixer to the kick track by clicking the 'sidechain to this track' option, but this doesnt produce the results seen in the video ive referenced - i.e. the bass doesnt cut out in response to the kick. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
