Stuck screen

Hi.

I have 2 questions.

On my laptop i cannot scroll down the screen on fl forum. It's the only site that does it. Just sticks. mobile works, I'm on it now. How can i fix this?

In a project i was running at 60 percent processing power. I wanted to put a guitar bus to affect a number of channels but when i routed the channel out immediately jumped to 100 percent power and started clipping.

Do you have any idea why this has happened. Thnx for your time in advance.
