Bus Routing Help? (Template Attached)

Hey everyone,

Im looking to some help with Bus Routing, Parallel Compression, and PitchShifting multiple signals in a bus.

I have attached my template below, and would really appreciate if someone could have a look at it and show me what Im doing wrong with it.

Its pretty basic and not too complicated at all, I'm just struggling with it at the minute.

All I want to do is have all my channels in a bus, and also be able to send them individually to a Reverb/Delay send, and use Parallel compression, and PitchShift all the channels going into a Bus.

Any help would be really appreciated
