Voice changer for/in FL studio?

Hi, I was wondering if fl studio has a voice changing program or if there are any good voice changing plugins for fl studio. I'm wanting to create voices for animes and I don't have the money to hire voice actors/actresses. I have the latest fl studio 12.4.1 and I have the signature bundle if that helps any.
