Fruity Vibrator??

I know this is a strange question to ask in the midst of all the FLS8 activity, but I've never heard an example of what exactly Fruity Vibrator does. I have no idea what an .ffe file is nor what a force feedback device is.

Could someone post an mp3 or zip showing what this thing does or what sounds it can make?
