Another Noob Question...

Is there anyway to change the subdivision of the beats? Basically, can I add in a triplet or sixtuplet? With writing drums tracks, theres are often needed notation patterns.

Also, is there a way to change the tempo AND the time signature of a song? For example, I have a song thats at 138bpm in 4/4 however the end of the song is at 131bpm and in 3/4. Is this a possible transition?

Also, can you change dynamic levels? Certain notes on a particular track being louder than others without changing the overall volume of the track?
