Fluctuating Tempo Audio Clip

So here's what I want to do. I have some acoustic guitar/vocal tracks that fluctuate in tempo from about 130-140 bpm, mainly hanging out at 135bpm, and drifting slowly. I want to be able to somehow fit these to the master tempo grid, so I can draw in drums/bass, etc. using the piano roll. I don't know much about this as I've never had to do it before. Is it possible to do this in FLstudio? The ways I can think of are:

1. fitting the grid to a perfomance by tapping the downbeats along with the song or something like that.
2. Stretching portions of the wav file by drawing in where the beats should be (is this audio warping? I've heard about it but never really knew what it was)

Anyway, anyone with experience in this with some words of wisdom, help a brother out :).

Thanks!
