Make audio clips sound smoov...

First of all, i'd like to thank you all for the help you've been giving me thus far, i really appreciate it!!!

Now here's what's up this time... now i'm getting a lot of crackling in FL studio, so I'm thinking about converting some of my VST patterns to audio clips, and then just putting them in the playlist... but my question is, how do i get them to sound smooth? Like for example, it's obvious, you can hear when the pattern starts over, and begins again, as to where when they are in bar form, they seem to flow more smoothly... is there a way to fix this?
