Few questions before buying

I'm thinking about purchasing FL8 Producers edition, but I have a few questions to be answered to help me decide.

I have an M-Audio Axiom 61 midi keyboard, and a Access Virus B synth, and an E-MU 0404USB audio/midi interface.

First questions: do you have a dashboard for the virus synths? If you do, how does it work? Does it give you total recall for the synths presets? Can I use it in multi-mode?
Second questions: is there any kind of freeze option? How can my external synths midi driven audiotracks be recorded?
Third ones: Can I control more than one instrument(channel) at the same time in FL8 Studio?
