Vocal samples.....

Ok... wo w... two questions in like what... 4 hours? Alright... so i'm in FL, and I'm trying to make vocal samples fit the tempo without the pitch changing.... I've tried using the granulizer... but nothing I do seems to work.... is this even possible???!!!!!:shock:
