I've been living with a very annoying bug where every single time minimizing FL and then pulling it back up again, my playlist and mixer windows would be all stretched out where I didn't leave them, and I would have to put them back. After installing the RC3 this went away, which was blissful! But now suddenly it's back again. :(

The only thing I remember doing is opening two instances of FL and resizing one window to half the screen momentarily so I could drag an audio clip between projects. I think it may have started happening after that. But now it's again a permanent issue.
When you say "minimizing" ... do you mean you click the minimize button at the top left (which hides the FL window and you click the task bar button to get it back) or do you mean that you resize the FL window to make it smaller (and then bigger again the same way)?

If it's the second, then that's more or less intentional behaviour.
