Yes, but I always use just one. I switch from the buildt in display (4K @ 250%) and an external display (4K @ 200%).
I've set both to different scalings, but I want FL to stay @ 200%. That's why I changed the 'main GUI scaling' to 200% instead of System. I forgot about that in the post above... sorry about that...

But that also seems to be the problem.
When I set the scale in Windows to 200% and set FL's main scaling to System then Control Creator's size is as it should be (although the mouse pointer still gets tiny when hovering above the Control Creator's window.)
When FL's main scaling is set to 200% (the same as Windows) then CC GUI gets big.
